Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026 · Health Enrollment

Health Enrollment ("we", "us") operates enroll.healthenrollment.org (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes what we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.

Information We Collect

We collect the information you voluntarily submit through forms on the Site — such as your name, ZIP code, phone number, email address, date of birth, gender, and household details — together with technical information sent by your browser when you submit a form (IP address and browser type) and advertising click identifiers present in the page URL (such as gclid or utm parameters). The Site uses first-party cookies and browser storage to operate, improve your experience, and attribute your request — including one encrypted record describing how you first arrived (the landing URL and its advertising identifiers), readable only by us, never used for cross-site tracking, and expiring after 90 days. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this Site.

How We Use Your Information

Consent to Contact (TCPA)

When you submit a form with the consent box checked, you provide express written consent for us to contact you as described in the consent language shown at the time of submission. Consent is never a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us at privacy@healthenrollment.org or by phone at 1-877-861-3558.

Sharing of Information

We share your information with licensed insurance agents and carriers for the purpose of fulfilling your quote request, and with service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing without your consent.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), other U.S. state privacy laws, or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation), you may have the right to: know or access the personal information we hold about you; request deletion; correct inaccuracies; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of the Site, or contact us at privacy@healthenrollment.org or by phone at 1-877-861-3558. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (45 days under the CCPA, extendable once; one month under the GDPR).

Data Retention

We retain the information you submit for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above, satisfy insurance regulatory record-keeping requirements, and resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Security

Form submissions are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

Children

The Site is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
