We collect the information you voluntarily submit through forms on the Site — such as your name, ZIP code, phone number, email address, date of birth, gender, and household details — together with technical information sent by your browser when you submit a form (IP address and browser type) and advertising click identifiers present in the page URL (such as gclid or utm parameters). The Site uses first-party cookies and browser storage to operate, improve your experience, and attribute your request — including one encrypted record describing how you first arrived (the landing URL and its advertising identifiers), readable only by us, never used for cross-site tracking, and expiring after 90 days. When you submit a form with the consent box checked, you provide express written consent for us to contact you as described in the consent language shown at the time of submission. Form submissions are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
The Site is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
