These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of enroll.healthenrollment.org (the "Site"), operated by Health Enrollment ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site lets you request insurance quotes and be connected with licensed agents. Health Enrollment is a privately owned marketing and referral service — not a government agency or the federal Marketplace — and invitations for application are made only where licensed and appointed. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are informational, subject to change, and not a binding offer of coverage; only an issued policy states its own terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to submit information through the Site. You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only your own information (or information you are authorized to provide).
Submitting a form with the consent box checked constitutes your electronic signature and express written consent to be contacted as described in the consent language displayed at submission. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may revoke it at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false or third-party information without authorization, probing or disrupting the Site, scraping content, or using automated systems to submit forms.
The Site and its content are owned by Health Enrollment or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without permission.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY PARTICULAR COVERAGE, RATE, OR SAVINGS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEALTH ENROLLMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold Health Enrollment harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Health Enrollment is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
